What we're about
This group is for beginners and intermediate yogis. Everyone is welcome.
This Yoga Classes are held on different days of the week at different locations in GTA on a weekly basis.
You can be a regular yogi or a drop in. It is being held at private career college campus and not in a studio. We do have a few mats but if you have one, please bring it with you.
We practice the following in the this yoga class:
Shoulder and neck exercises
Asanas (Postures) – Standing, Seating, sleeping on the back, Sleeping on abdomen
Regular practice will Improves your energy level
The yoga class is offered on a no charge, no donation basis. The course is conducted by experienced teachers who give their time on a volunteer basis.
