ABOUT:
Join Creative Financing Subgroup and learn more about financing strategies. Members/guest will mastermind using the Lease Option, Lease Purchase, Subject To, Owner Financing along with other creative financing strategies. In addition, learn how to use self-directed IRAs as a tool for funding real-estate deals/transactions.

Creative Financing Subgroup meets every 1st Monday of the month at 7:00 PM at GaREIA Headquarters and is hosted by Mark Durham.

ABOUT THE HOST:
Mark Durham has been investing in real-estate since 1982. He has been a GaREIA member since the early 1990s. He started his real-estate investing career primarily using creative financing strategies and still uses creative financing strategies today.
