We are collecting for Toys for Tots. Feel free to bring a new, unwrapped toy and drop it at the Toys for Tots Collection Box at the party! The Collection Box is also at the GaREIA Headquarters if you would like to drop off a toy there.

There is a $25 Guest Fee for the General Meetings. You can deduct the fee off an annual membership with Georgia REIA($149 for the first year; $99 per year every year after the first) if you join the Association within 48 hours of the meeting. Georgia REIA members attend the General Meeting at no charge.

This is a great opportunity for you to network with real estate investors, real estate professionals, and learn about real estate investing.
