There is a $25 Guest Fee for the General Meetings. You can deduct the fee off an annual membership with Georgia REIA($149 for the first year; $99 per year every year after the first) if you join the Association within 48 hours of the meeting. Georgia REIA members attend the General Meeting at no charge.

This is a great opportunity for you to network with real estate investors, real estate professionals, and learn about real estate investing.
