Hey Beautiful Gals,
We have had some SUPA (yes supaaa) exciting stuff in the works...
And the first thing we’d love to announce given that it’s Mental Health Awareness Month...we are hosting a 2nd GLOBAL Virtual brunch (Saturday June 6th) with guest host >>>> @drcarolineleaf (she inspires me so) the work she has done in researching mental health, the brain and neuroscience is fascinating, she also happens to be a best selling author, featured in Oprah, Forbes, TED, you name it and has one of the top mental health podcast out there >>> go give her a follow and make sure whatever you do - carve out the time, do not miss this + there are limited a limited amount of spots...
Dr. Leaf is a communication pathologist and cognitive neuroscientist specializing in cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology. Her research is not only changing how the world views the science of the brain, but how we relate to our own humanity. Come get equipped with information and resources to create a rhythm of sustainability in the midst of what can feel like continuous uncertainty and instability.
Were dedicating this brunch to all of our first responders, health care providers, emts, counselors, coaches if you’ve poured out at all during this season we’d love to help fill your cup and have this be a life giving resource for you, make sure to mark front line rsvp and tell all your friends x colleagues!
If you’ve been financially impacted by COVID we’d love for you to take advantage of that rsvp option as well, we want to ensure this information is as accessible to everyone as we believe it’ll be deeply impactful!
