Game Creators Meetup in die zweite Runde!
Unser erstes Event war ein voller Erfolg:
Besonders schön war auch die internationale Mischung mit Gästen aus Italien und der Türkei.
Auch diesmal steht Networking in entspannter Atmosphäre im Fokus.
Gleichzeitig haben wir aus dem ersten Treffen etwas mitgenommen: Viele Artists und Kreative sind eher introvertiert und finden es manchmal nicht so leicht, ins Gespräch zu kommen.
Deshalb werden wir zusammen mit dem Team vom Lost Level einen kleinen Elevator Pitch / Speed Networking Tisch vorbereiten.1-on-1 Gesprächen vorzustellen – also ganz entspannt im direkten Austausch mit einer anderen Person, nicht vor einer Gruppe . Dabei erzählt ihr kurz, wer ihr seid, was ihr macht und wonach ihr sucht.
Das soll euch helfen, leichter ins Gespräch zu kommen, euch klar auszudrücken, spannende Kontakte zu knüpfen oder vielleicht sogar passende Leute für eure Projekte zu finden.
Natürlich ist das Ganze freiwillig. Wir werden dafür vor Ort eine Anmeldung vorbereiten.
!!NEU!!Alex Ziska vom Düsseldorfer Game Dev Stammtisch zu Besuch haben. Er wird euch ein kommendes Event vorstellen, bei dem ihr die Möglichkeit habt, euer Spiel kostenlos in der Zentralbibliothek Düsseldorf auszustellen .

Game Creators is back for round two!
Our first event was a great success:
We also had a great international mix, with participants from Italy and Turkey.
Once again, the focus is on relaxed, open networking.
At the same time, we took something away from the first meetup: many artists and creatives are a bit more introverted and sometimes find it hard to start conversations.
That’s why, together with the Lost Level team, we’ll be setting up a small Elevator Pitch / Speed Networking table .
There, you’ll have the chance to do your 1-minute pitch in 1-on-1 conversations —a relaxed, direct exchange with one other person, not in front of a group . You’ll briefly share who you are, what you do, and what you’re looking for.
Of course, this is completely optional. We’ll have a simple sign-up available on-site.
!!NEW!!Alex Ziska from the Düsseldorf Game Dev Meetup joining us. He’ll introduce an upcoming event where you’ll have the chance to showcase your game for free at the Central Library Düsseldorf .
