Learning Team Dynamics on the Forbidden Island

Forbidden Island (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/65244/forbidden-island) is a relatively inexpensive 4 player cooperative game. Thanks to Teague Hopkins running a session last year at CultureCamp, I learned a way to use this board game as a means for helping people understand the importance of how they communicate/collaborate as well as how leadership emerges can mean a lot for team performance. We'll play a few rounds of this game with debriefs in between.
