Full-Cycle, Product-Oriented Scrum Simulation with LEGO Bricks

Details
I've asked Julie Wyman to run the next GALE meet-up as she had a great simulation game for the group.
At the January meeting, we’ll be running Alexey Krivitsky’s Scrum simulation with LEGO bricks. This game is a great, hands-on, fast-paced way to introduce Scrum and to reinforce many of the key concepts covered in an Intro to Scrum training course.
The objective of this game is for the team (or multiple teams depending on the number of participants) to use Scrum to deliver a LEGO city based on requirements provided by the Product Owner. The simulation begins with Chartering and Visioning, then runs through 3 Sprints, along with Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
We’ll wrap up with a simulation debrief and a conversation about potential adaptations and facilitation tips.
