Time: 10:30 am - 2:30 pm with an hour break for lunch 12:30-1:30. Our cafe is a fabulous place to enjoy your healthy yummy lunch!

In this workshop you will learn how to get out of your way, connect with your Higher Self, Angels, and Guides. Let your fingers do the talking on your canvas with guidance by Marilyn St.-Pierre.

The workshop will start with a guided visual meditation to assist you, giving you shapes, symbols colors, images to stimulate your inner eye. Then we will go into a silent meditation to calm the mind so you can connect to see the colors and pictures in your mind’s eye.

This is a wonderful class for opening the second chakra of creativity if you have never created anything before. You will love your creation and be proud to place it in your sacred space in your home.

You will be amazed at what will appear on your canvas.

Or release anything that will give you peace and closure.

Color is very healing. So, if you want to do some inner healing this is ok too.

This workshop is guided By Marilyn St-Pierre, Author of "The Healing Journey Of Spiritual Art". She never took any formal training in art and her book is now available internationally
