What we're about
Need a good workout? Need inspiration? Need reliability? Need a workout partner/group? I do too! We love working out, but we can't motivate ourselves when we could nap vs workout. We need a group of women (Moms, Grandmothers, Aunts, Single Ladies, Nurses, Firefighters, Police, anyone) that can meet up 2-3 days a week. We meet, we greet and we walk & talk. With time we maybe could jog. But for now we can go at the pace most comfy for everyone.
I have been trying to do Beachbody 21-Day Fix and have the DVD workouts. They only take 30 minutes. If we can get a time then meet up we can do the workouts from the DVD. We don't have to do these but I believe it would be something to do when weather keeps us from the park.
All skill levels welcome. As the group grows I hope to be able to accommodate everyone's schedules. I am only available midday but others are available at other times. Let's get fit together.
Also strollers, dogs, kids in wagons or any type of transportation are welcome.
