Hi Everyone!

The comic book club was discussing the books we've read in the past, and some people mentioned they wanted a list. We've been meeting for longer than the Geek Girls have been around, almost 2 years! Awesome! Thanks for the list, I will start checking those out!

I started on the group from the Watchmen so I have come catching up to do. I'll be sure to take some suggestions to our next meeting!

Awesome! The ones you already read all look great too, personally I would not mind if we had any repeats.

Just FYI, Hereville is also available as a web comic (in a version slightly different than the hard copy version) at.

I've been meaning to read Transmetropolitan and I believe the library has most of the volumes.

Preacher is pretty awesome and I've wanted to read Whiteout as well (I heard the movie was awful). I am going to go to the next one. The problem before was always work as I wouldn't get out until 8:30 before. Now that the hours of the zoo are changing to close at 6 next week, I have more opportunities to go to comic book club ^_^

Some books I'd eventually like to read or have read that are amazing and I want to share:

When the Wind Blows (a post apocalyptic tale from the perspective of a retired couple in England)
Lone Wolf and Cub
Tank Girl (always have wanted to read this)
The Tale of One Bad Rat

I'd like to add Elfquest, now online entirely at:

Also, Locke and Key is a great new comic by Joe hill. I have yet to show it to someone who hasn't had a hard time putting it back down.
