Hello, yogi bears. This weekend practice will focus on getting refreshed and recharged, while also rinsing out stress in a positive way. We’ll use breathing exercises to calm and center our minds before moving into a slow flow that is suitable for beginners but still a friendly challenge.
Bring a mat, block if you have them, and a drink.

Erika Braeger is a recently certified 200HR-RYT with over 8 years of experience practicing yoga.
As a pro-tip I recommend eating light or fasting the two hours before the class. The twisting poses that we do standing and on our bellies can upset your stomach if you’re practicing right after a meal. Speaking from experience but it’s up to you.
