Nonviolent communication (NVC) is a practical approach to communication in challenging situations at home, at work and in community. This workshop will explore in depth the NVC process that brings consciousness and responsibility to our experience of interacting with others and with ourselves. We will learn the art of listening for developing our capacity of empathy and self-empathy, and focus on authentic, honest expression that can build connection.

We will cover in theory and practice:
• The elements of the NVC process for self-understanding, self-expression and listening to others
• The choices we have in response to life situations, for deeper authenticity and empowerment
• Empathy and self-compassion to support integrating painful emotions.

About the Trainer:
Mironel de Wilde is a CNVC certified NVC trainer who focuses on cultivating a deep understanding and integration of NVC consciousness in his trainings. He has studied and practiced various forms of spiritual and personal growth since he was a teenager. His first contact with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2014 changed his life and his perspective on what personal growth means. He has been living and sharing NVC ever since and continues to study in depth with some of the most experienced and innovative NVC trainers in the world. Contribution:
Usually, we are asking a contribution of 100 - 250CHF sliding scale depending on your financial possibilities. Since it's uncertain times for many people, we are open to other amounts of your choice.
