THE CLASS

One-hour yoga class gently energizes the entire body.

Twenty-five poses, each focused on a particular section of the body and all designed to avoid strain and injury.

Postures remain the same from class to class, so it is easy to catch on.
Instruction is clear and straightforward--no prior knowledge required.

Ideal for people who have not done yoga before or who need to develop flexibility.

Class concludes with a short, easy meditation.
