What we're about

We are a friendly group of ladies of all ages and abilities and our sessions are gently guided, low impact, easy to follow and great for beginners. Breathe, stretch, move and express yourself to a wide selection of music to suit all tastes then deeply relax with a guided breathing meditation to finish. We especially welcome beginners as there is no right or wrong way in Joy of Movement and participants are guided to adapt the movements to suit their own bodies range of movement and energy output. Our classes are perfect for those who want to fully engage with the senses and body movement without pushing or forcing in any way but would rather the emphasis be on moving for health, well being, inner peace and balance.
