Attending a mini workshop is a great way to get a taste of what HAI (The Human Awareness Institute) has to offer. Open your heart and participate in whatever way you feel comfortable doing. We'll have the opportunity to:
✸ Enhance your capacity to love and be loved
✹ Speak your truth and be fully supported
✸ Broaden your listening skills
✦ Create a space where your vulnerability will be honoured
✸ Take risks & push your edges a bit
✹ Deepen your empathy and compassion
✦ Question societal beliefs and conditioning
✸ Expand, grow and connect
Join us for a beautiful 2 hour experiential workshop (exercises & group sharing) to explore ways of increasing intimacy and connection in our lives; and communication tools to share with our partners, dating, children, workplace, family lives and communities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once 20 people have EMAILED their RSVP to haiontarioteam@hai.org (this event is posted in other locations) we will close the registrations. Thanks for your understanding!
