TRX Suspension Training (Mornings) $10 Drop In
The field of suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Benefits: Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout Helps build a rock-solid core Increases muscular endurance Benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors) TRX is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. By utilizing your own bodyweight, TRX provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines. No prior fitness experience necessary. Wear loose, comfortable clothing (work-out attire) that allows for a full range of motion. Sneakers are required. Drop-In Rate $10. Cardio 8-Class Pass $64.

Germantown Fitness Meetup is run by CoMMotion Dance Pilates Fitness. Come in and experience our positive energy and expertise, while creating lifetime friendships and achieving your dance and fitness goals. Commotion has trained thousands of students in the art of dance and body conditioning. We offer a variety and programs to help our clients attain their individual goals.

CoMMotion has four large dance/fitness studios with floating floors (no concrete floors here!), and a dedicated Pilates studio. We hope to see you at the studio!
