This is a four mile circular fun social fitness walk with a couple of hills (max gradient 11%) led by Edward Kendal.
You can expect to burn 700+ calories in 1 hour 45 minutes on our social fitness walk which will take us around Phoenix and Broxtowe Parks - which are some surprisingly beautiful areas just stones throw from the tram stop. Easy to get to by tram, bus, and cars can park at no charge using the park & ride!
This is a level 2 walk - suitable for MOST PEOPLE. Expect a reasonably brisk pace with catching up points. You will probably get out of breath at times but still, be able to hold a conversation.
Everyone is welcome. This is also a dog-friendly route so feel free to bring along your four-legged friends too.
You are welcome to bring friends, or just turn up yourself. We are a very friendly welcoming group with a missing to transform health and fitness in Nottingham so new people are always welcome.
