I am not longer offering the T/Th morning class. Turns out that was not a good time for most folks. Lots of classes where I was the only one who showed up. D'oh! ;-)
But I'm keeping this group available to announce other fitness events I'm planning - one-day workshops, goal-setting sessions, etc. Stay tuned.
Instead of offering classes I am focusing on working one-on-one with people who want to be able to work out on their own. I've found most people don't have the time for the ol' three-times-a-week-with-a-personal-trainer thing). So I'm in the process of creating programs to support people in getting started and being successful on their own. Something else that may be of interest: The Aikido dojo where I train, and where this class was held, will be offering morning classes (7:15 AM, T/Th) starting on August 15th. Aikido is a soft, flowing, non-violent, non-competitive martial art. So if that location/timing works for you it's a really fun activity, and with a lot of depth, too.
