Get Out and Shoot Toronto is a leading photography community that welcomes anyone who is interested in photography, seeing the city, making friends, and of course having fun!
Our meetups are varied. From landscapes, portraits, street photography, weekend trips, and close-to-home city adventures, we do it all.
We firmly believe that your ability to create a great image is not based on your gear, but on how you use your gear. (Smartphones included).
Our members range from beginners to pro and everyone in between. Our group is a great resource to meet like-minded people which can lead to improving your skills along the way.

Join us for a relaxed and fun photography meetup at Tommy Thompson Park 📸🌿
With warmer weather finally here, it’s the perfect time to grab your camera, get outside, and connect with fellow photography enthusiasts.
We’ll meet at the Tommy Thompson Park Pavilion at 1:00 PM, then explore the trails together at an easy pace. Along the way, we’ll stop for photos, take breaks, and enjoy the scenery. This meetup is open to everyone, whether you're a beginner or just love taking photos for fun.What to bring:
- Camera or smartphone
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Positive energy and curiosity
The plan is to walk toward the end of the park, where the lighthouse is. There is a great view of Toronto’s skyline, perfect for capturing some stunning shots together.
