What we're about

~ A multicultural space to celebrate the noble aspects of life ~

Hello dear Friend! Do you like getting outside? Well, so do we!

Getting outside is not just a hobby, it is a lifestyle. Come join us as we leave the usual grind and explore as yet unexplored possibilities with innovative spirit in our own city!

There is increasing evidence that regularly getting outside our usual physical, intellectual and social environments is not only just fun, but better for our overall health (1). Come join our merry band as we have a laugh and socialize in a healthy way through Auckland and New Zealand. Who knows, you may just end up making some new friends! :)

Our group is a community venture to promote healthy activities and socialization in New Zealand. It aims to provide an safe social environment for anyone interested in building networks and community.

Getting outside physically can have many benefits for the body, mind and spirit. It promotes regular social exercise, which is good for the body and heart; It encourages mindful awareness which is good for the mind. And spending time connecting with Mother Nature can have a deeper significance for some.

So if you're interested in getting out with other fun people doing things like hiking, kayaking, beaches, and other fun social things while having a mindful attitude, come join us now!

We started this group because we believe getting outside our usual lives is good, and want to meet like minded people who are passionate about it.
So what are you waiting for? Come join us NOW! :)

Note: this group recommends healthy holistic living.

If you are interested in learning more about this and/or meditation, visit www.yogananda.org :)
