Memorial Day Holiday. Lets get in a bike ride on the Capital Trail. This is a beautiful, meandering paved bike path that is layed out between Richmond and Williamsburg, VA. The entire trail is 52-Miles in length. On our bike journey, we will traverse a 10-mile section. We will start from the Charles City Courthouse and bike north for 10 miles to the Upper Shirley Vineyards - where we will stop for a break, take in the scenery and enjoy some snacks and maybe a glass of wine. We will then retrace on our bikes back to the Charles City Courthouse. And at the conclusion of our bike ride - for those that are interested - we can go to the Cul's Courthouse Grille for a bite to eat. The Grille is actually adjacent to the Charles City Courthouse parking lot.
