Let's Meetup at the Sanctuary Vegan Cafe

Great news, our friend Leslie Naylor has stepped up and provided a wonderful place to have a plant based meal. (An added bonus - in addition to serving 100% plant based foods, Leslie is also dedicated to serving organic foods as much as possible.) She has hired a vegan chef and has created a delightful atmosphere for all to enjoy. The Sanctuary Vegan Cafe opens tomorrow at 11:00 AM but will remain open throughout the day until 9:00 PM. The cafe hours are from Wednesday through Sunday 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Leslie tells us that there may some adjustments to this, such as a Sunday Brunch, but in the meantime, lets give her our support.

The cafe will officially open Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM. I personally plan to be there at that time, but you might want to come at staggered times throughout the day. We plan on having a film crew there to document the opening as well as comments from patrons. If you'd like to express your thanks to Leslie, be sure and come and share your thoughts. The film crew will be on hand from 10:30 AM till 11:30 so if you'd like to make a comment, let us know.

Need written directions?: I-40 East or West to I-140 (Pellissippi Parkway South) take the first exit, second turn which is Kingston Pike EAST (so it loops around) Turn right on KP going EAST, travel about one mile to the light at Seven Oaks Drive (MacDonald's will be on your left. Turn left as if you are going to MacDonald's but you'll see Big Lots and the "Movies 7" theater. The Sanctuary Vegan Cafe is at the entrance to the theater.

Coming from Downtown Knoxville? Follow the above or take I-40 West to the Cedar Bluff Exit, turn left (South) onto Cedar Bluff then turn right onto Kingston Pike. Go past Home Depot and turn right at the next traffic light onto Seven Oaks Drive, then left into the parking lot next to Movie 7.

Coming from Maryville? I-140 North toward I-40 but exit at Kingston Pike, turn right on KP then 1 mile to Seven Oaks Drive.
