Growing edible mushrooms

We've got shiitake and white oyster mushroom seeds lying around in the lab, unused! The ideal opportunity to put it to use and grow some delicious mushrooms together.

The mushrooms like sawdust and straw as a growing substrate, so if you can find any of that, feel free to bring it. We've got coffee grounds from the coffee machine as powerfood and some growing bags. If we all pitch in a little substrate and 2 euros, the costs are covered. The return: delicious, home grown mushrooms!
