"Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are"
Based on the research of Brené Brown, and her book, "The Gifts of Imperfection", this drop-in group is for anyone who is interested in letting go of perfectionism, feeling of being a fraud or imposter, and not feeling worthy, and are willing to become daring, authentic and live wholeheartedly.
We will meet the third Thursday of each month. Each meetup will cover one guidepost from the book, “The Gifts of Imperfection”. Reading "The Gifts of Imperfection" can be beneficial, but not required before each meetup.
