Website Weekend LA is an event that brings together passionate digital professionals with awesome non-profit organizations. They partner to build wonderful and dynamic new websites over the course of a weekend.

It's not just about building websites, it's about building platforms that help non-profits help their communities and spread their message to a wider audience.

What is this about?

Website Weekend LA helps non-profits who don't have a budget to have a proper website scoped, designed, and developed. Website Weekend LA allows digital enthusiasts and professionals to use their skills by putting them to good use. Everyone wins.

Why only a weekend?

Everyone has a busy life. A weekend allows people to make a relatively small time commitment to do one thing well and get it completed.

Who Can Volunteer?

Anyone can attend and volunteer, regardless of skill-level. We encourage all who wish to volunteer to signup! This is an inclusive event.

Are You a Dev?

We need folks with the passion to develop and able to work in a group enviornment. You'll be responsible for bringing the project to life.

Can You Create Content?

Not every role on the team is a technical one. We also need folks who know just what to say. You'll being writing the content that keeps the users coming back.

Are You a Designer?

We need folks who have an eye for details and can help our non-profits craft a compelling message that tells their story.

Are You a PM?

We need folks who can manage their teams amid the chaos of a fun and exciting event. You'll need to keep your teams on track and ready to deliver.

General Volunteer

We need willing volunteers to help with setup, arrange food, and all the other logistical stuff that comes with throwing an awesome event.
