This class is a 2-day series running on Saturdays, September 27 and October 4th, 9am - 1pm each day. The cost covers both days. Want to learn how to build your own website? This beginner course will guide you through the basics of HTML and CSS to assist you along the way as you develop your own website.

Lindsey Austinson is a user experience designer and developer. Her job combines design, research, and intuition to help people make better products. Lindsey has worked with teams ranging from startups to fortune 500 companies to ensure that customers are considered in every step of the design and development process. Before she was a UX designer Lindsey worked as a frontend developer for several agencies in Portland and helped ship countless Facebook apps and pages. She loves to help people grow and learn!
Your laptop. Note: A netbook or tablet is NOT a substitute.
A modern browser with either Chrome and the "Web Developer" extension or Firefox and Firebug installed.
A text editor. We recommend Sublime Text 3 (It's free and available for both Mac and PC).
