AI is everywhere, but using it well is a skill.
This three-part hands-on series goes beyond basic prompting to explore how AI can strengthen the way you think, analyze information, and present yourself professionally. Instead of treating AI as a shortcut, we’ll use it as a tool for deeper insight, better decision-making, and stronger communication.
Participants will learn how to think more like a programmer (without writing code), uncover hidden patterns in real-life data, and use AI to sharpen critical thinking, communication, and career skills.
Each session is interactive and practical, and participants are encouraged to bring real examples from their own work, goals, and interests.
Leave the series with a personal toolkit of prompts, workflows, and strategies you can continue using long after the sessions end.
### Session 1: Tuesday 3/24 at 7 PM ET (4 PM PT) 2 Hours
### Thinking Like a Programmer (Without Coding)
Go beyond prompting basics and learn how core programming concepts can make you a more powerful AI user. In this session, we’ll explore ideas like loops, if/else logic, variables, data structures, and control structures, without writing a single line of code.
### Session 2: Thursday 3/26 at 7 PM ET (4 PM PT) 2 Hours
### Finding Patterns in Your Data (Work & Life Insights)
Bring your own data, past evaluations, workout or Peloton output, desirable job postings, or anything meaningful to your life.
Together, we’ll feed that information into AI to uncover patterns that don’t immediately stand out to the human eye: recurring themes, hidden insights, and the gaps standing between you and your next goal. This session focuses on using AI to step back and see what you’ve been too close to notice.
### Session 3: Tuesday 3/31 at 7 PM ET (4 PM PT) 2 Hours
### AI for Soft Skills & Critical Thinking
Learn practical ways to use AI to strengthen your resume, professional bio, and communication, without losing your own voice.
Participants will practice interview questions and negotiations, experiment with arguing with AI to sharpen their reasoning, and explore how AI can assess tone, communication style, and perspective-taking. You’ll also learn how to use AI as a thinking partner that walks you through ideas rather than simply handing you answers.
Participants will leave with a personal prompt library and an AI toolkit tailored to their goals.
