About the Speaker
Leigh Bochicchio is a personal growth and wellness coach. After many years in corporate America, she pursued a lifelong passion to become a health coach to help others improve their health. She received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and gut health. Leigh conducts workshops on nutrition and healthy cooking and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals, groups and families.
