After the success of last year's session here we are doing it again. The Aqua park is a 80 metres long, 40 metres wide, floating inflatable Aqua Park, it has 2 trampolines, monkey bars, flippers, slides, hurdles, rockers, rollers, an overhang climbing wall, a swing, a giant iceberg(!) and much more. So should be a lot of fun and hopefully not too cold in the water. The session cost £16 which YOU NEED TO BOOK YOUR OWN SPOT, this is easily done on the website by following the link below. Make sure you book the **** 1pm **** time slot. The session is an hour long but you need to be there 1 hour before the start time to get wet suits on and have a briefing etc. We will meet at the cafe outside on the decking. If you do not have your own wetsuit you can hire them for £5. Please make sure you bring a towel and swim wear. There is a cafe on site for tea and snacks. After the aqua park we can go and get some lunch while we dry off in a nice pub or BBQ at Blackwater in the new forest, I'll check the weather near the time and decide. The link below shows the aqua park and there is a video you can watch too. https://www.newforestwaterpark.co.uk/online-booking-system/
This is just a place holder for a long weekend of hiking thurs fri and sat, returning to krakow for sat night out and then home Sunday. I’ll not be organising anything other the hikes. There is plentiful accomodation from hostels at £8 per night through to luxury hotels. The aim is to be out here together, but we will come independantly after some difficulties with the previous Bulgaria trip, I feel it’s best to have a loosely organised trip, we will just hang out with whomever makes it. Zakopane is one of Europe’s hidden gems, although more and more are finding out about it. The Tatras offer some of the best hiking around. From family friendly all the way through to death wish. Zakopane itself is absolutely beautiful and a great place to get food and have some drinks. Krakow speaks for itself, a big party to end the trip. Probably centred around the main square.
3rd time lucky!! Due to a number of weather related cancellations, I have moved this to the summer!!! We walk along the Itchen way from bittern triangle, along the Itchen all the way into Winchester - where we shall grab some food or head on our merry way. This is a gentle walk, 13 mile walk and shouldn’t take longer than 6 hours to complete. However with some breaks and maybe even a picnic (weather dependant) along the way it could be a bit longer. This walk is subject to weather on the day and weather preceding the walk (the river is prone to flooding). Bring refreshments and appropriate clothing / footwear. Ie walking boots, wellies or trainers you are happy to get muddy Please note that if you don’t turn up and haven’t amended your RSVP then I’ll mark you as a no show which means you won’t be able to sign up to events which have an attendee limit.
Enter now: https://fitprorob.primo-solutions.co.uk/ps/event/SoggyBottomTriathlonSeries2020 Soggy Bottom is a local Triathlon of Kayak-Bike-Run. Had great fun doing this last year in the pissing rain on my MTB lol that I'm going back on a road bike this year, but mainly its for the pedal it was epic! There are 3 all together so if you if you miss one you have 2 others, you can sign up for all 3 if you want and you get a discount. IF you are not doing all 3 you don't get to choose a time as i spoke to them as its just a thing with their system and they said they will try contact people for preferences. I emailed them telling them after I registered that id like to go into cherry bomb: [masked] Whilst this is a fun event, there are only 120 places available in each event and therefore its fairly small and roads will be open. I will be signing up for the 10th May initially
