• What we'll do
Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a class designed to feel like no work whatsoever. Gently open the body using props and and stay in each pose until you wonder if you have to move to the next one. Option to remain in whatever feels delicious. Relaxing poses and a healing sound bath to prepare you for a good nights sleep.

Yoga Mat, comfortable clothing, an open mind.
