Our regular life drawing every Monday at Sloans Bar & Restaurant in the city centre.

The drawing starts at 19:00 sharp, and runs until 21:00 with a break halfway through.

Arrive before the start time for a chance to meet beforehand, have a drink, and a chat. There's not much chatting when the drawing starts.

If it's your first visit, there's typically two models posing concurrently in different rooms. One does long poses, while the other starts off with quick 2 minute poses moving on to five, ten & fifteen minute poses.

There's a break halfway through the session and then drawing resumes for two 20 minute poses. The models switch rooms at the break. You're free to wander around, go from room to room, seat to seat, as you wish. Drinks can be taken from the bar and there's a good soundtrack to accompany your drawing.

Bring your own materials, although the event provides some basic stuff too. There are sketchpads to buy

If you haven't got the Meetup app on your phone, it's worth getting. Plus, the wifi password at the venue is 'macaronicheese­', should you not get a signal.
