So, what are we about? We are about Understanding and practicing meditation and awareness through the teachings of ancient wisdom traditions. We talk and discuss about Life, Living, the Mystical and Not so Mystical topics. We draw upon the wisdom of self realized masters such as Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Michael Singer, Sadhguru and many many more!
Our motto is to enjoy life to the fullest! So, in that spirit, from time to time, we will show movies, dance classes, yoga classes, kirtans (call and response singing), story telling, poetry and humorous events - yes, laughter is good medicine for the body, mind and soul!
We are amateurs with a deep passion for sharing the teachings of the various masters in a RESPECTFUL and easygoing environment.
We would like this meetup to be “our meetup”. As such, we encourage our members to feel free in taking a lead to present a topic that is of interest to them. Please contact the organizers and we’ll take it from there.

Party will start at 8 p.m. and end at 11 p.m. Feel free to arrive and leave anytime you like.
We’ll play music and songs from various decades and yes, we’ll take requests. So, feel free to let us know your song requests in the comment section below.
One of our members will have playlist of songs and from time to time we’ll have a professional DJ play music as well!
Since this is a party, we will not be meditating but playing games during breaks.
Attempting to quiet the mind for silent meditation can be like trying to fight the waves close to shore. The nature of your mind is to produce thought. Like the ocean, it has its own rhythm and flow. It should be respected, not feared or fought against. Once you stop fighting against it and allow it to flow naturally, you can begin to retreat into the depths of your inner self beyond the chaos and distractions and experience some level of inner peace.
10:45 am to 11 am - Settling in and social time. 11:05 am to 11:25 am - Short guided meditation followed by 15 minutes of silent meditation. 11:30 am to 12:00 pm - A brief heart to heart sharing on any spiritual topic. This can be in a form of your favorite quote, short poem or your own insight.
