GlobalPittsburgh Outdoor Painting Class with Yelena Lamm

GlobalPittsburgh's outdoor event series supporting immigrant-owned businesses bring you an art workshop!

The oil painting class will include a demonstration and individual painting time. You will learn how to mix colors and apply bold and powerful (or light and elegant) brushstrokes, painting alla-prima from life setup.

This class is presented by Yelena Lamm, a Russian-born local artist who is a member of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators, Pittsburgh Society of Artists, and Pittsburgh Watercolor Society.

No previous skills are required — as long as you can hold a brush or a pencil, you are ready to have fun experimenting with new techniques!

A complete set of materials is provided.

Space on our lawn is limited to 15 people to allow social distancing.

$40 for GlobalPittsburgh members;
$45 for non-members.

Registration and payment required by September 5. Your registration will not be complete without payment. We want to make sure that we provide enough materials for each registrant.

*We will be providing you with the COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines for The Global Switchboard Space prior to the event.
*Masks will be required upon arrival and if you need to leave your workspace and/or cannot keep 6 feet distance from other participants.
*Hand sanitizing station will be arranged.
