With the new release of the generics draft proposal, Go inches a bit closer to having generics featured in the language. There is still a lot of discussion to be had around the syntax, feel, and overall design currently being presented. In this talk, I will showcase several aspects of the current draft and then open things up for discussion with specific questions to start.

Bill is a pillar of the Go community, having helped to found and run GoBridge, he runs the Go training company Ardan Labs, he's written books, runs the Gophers Slack group, and he gives workshops and seminars around the world. He gave the keynote talk at Gophercon AU last year. If you've ever watched or met him, you'll be familiar with his boundless passion and energy. Just bear in mind that this will be in the middle of the night in Florida, so he might be very slightly less bouncy than usual. Thanks for making the time, Bill.
