What we're about

This group is for people that want to go vegetarian or that are new to this lifestyle.
In this group we'll have a series of group coaching meetups in which we will learn and discover this amazing and healthy lifestyle.

We will have the guidance from a certified Health Coach and most importantly, we will have fun in the process!

All the sessions will include:

- Handouts

- Food trials

- At least 1 recipe

Some of the sessions will include:

- Supplements Giveaways

- Class from an invited speaker
