Have you climbed before/can you pass a belay test/would you be willing to put a couple newbies up the walls?

Yes, certified belayer at vertical rock indoor climbing center. If they want to learn more and have motivation to climb then yes.

Do you prefer indoors or outdoors?

Both, outdoors is more fun though

Preferred climb ratings?

[masked] for now, getting better each day

What else do you like to do...hike, swim, paddle, bike?

Hiking, swimming, camping, survival trips, most outdoor activities.

New to climbing? What drew you in?

I did it as a kid and never really had the drive to pursue it further until recently. I don't know anyone in the area and I'm not as active as I used to be and I want to change that.

Howdy. I've been climbing for about a year at vertical rock. Newcomers can spot me in my black or camo cargo pants and taped fingers as I climb way too much. Can't help it, its become an addiction.
