The Gold Coast City Council are always issuing new and proposed amendments to the City Plan consisting of major updates including changes to zoning, density, building heights and expansion areas. Julie shares all the details, along with her insights and plenty more.

2) The Real Deal - Simon Culotta

This month, Simon shares with us his most recent project - an existing property located in Ipswich with a reno & sell strategy. Not without its challenges, this is a great example of just one of the many strategies that are working right now in the current market.

You'll get to hear all the juicy details, see the numbers, and understand how this project came about - and what the end result is!

This month, Russell brings us a great presentation on all things Joint Ventures.
