What we’re about
Based in the Golden, Colorado area, this group is for anyone who enjoys trail running and hiking the beautiful trails of the Colorado front range. Most runs are based in Golden but occasionally extend further into the Front Range, Summit County, and Sawatch Range. We are all about goofin' on the trails then racing to a locale for brews and grub after. Rabbit and turtle gear are equally welcomed and appreciated.

GTR wants to make trail running welcoming for runners of all levels. Please join us for an "All Levels Welcome" night! Do not worry about your ability level! We will focus on having a wicked good time on the trails, not on pace. No one will be left behind, I’ll hold up the back myself. As we finish we will drive over to Barrels and Bottles Brewing at Camp George West (about a mile away). B&B @ Camp George West has drinks and food. Strongly recommend joining after to meet the group.
Consider bring 0.5L of water, sunscreen to apply at the meeting point, a light snack if you feel you might need one. It’ll be hot.
Route: 5.0miles, 460ft gain/loss. This is an easy route don't be intimidated, you can do it!
