This is a spiritual and practical group at the same time. We aim at striking a balance between the practical and spiritual realms - all through Karma. Understanding what karma is. Emotions and thoughts and how they control us and instead how we can manage them. The meditations and workshops covered here focus on not only "calming the mind" but also "purifying the mind". With continued practice, an enhanced well-being on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level is a definite. People from all walks are invited for we are all one in Spiritual truth. We have started this group as we are aiming on breaking the myths around spirituality.

The Full Moon Meditation

The MOON represents our ‘inner world’, our hidden emotions, desires, our shadow-self, fears/worries and our dreams. It also represents our feelings, our unconscious beliefs, the past and our yin. Think about this: Where there is gratitude, there is absolutely no space for any negative feeling.

Gratitude is an emotion similar to appreciation - a positive response - How do you feel when someone appreciates / praises you? Do you realise how happy you become? And what impact it has on you? How do you feel when you appreciate or praise someone? How much effort does it take to do so?

In a world where there’s much to be taken seriously, it’s important to remember to laugh. Laughter meditation provides a fun, meaningful way to tap into joy that will carry over into other parts of your life.

The intentions of this meditation are:

🌸 To experience laughter in the form of meditation;
🌸 To remind ourselves to laugh;
🌸To tap into the space of you knowing that you deserve a fun, meaningful and joyful life;
🌸 To align the spirit, mind and inner child into the same realm using laughter;
🌸 To understand the healing benefits of laughter on its own;
🌸 To understand the power of laughter and its effects on moods - especially if one is battling issues like anxiety, stress, depression etc.

At the end of your laughter meditation practice, we will take some time for stillness and silence. Which will open the door to other major emotions like sadness, anger, and fear.

By just focusing on laughing, you’re concentrating on the release of a major emotion. Be open to what comes up, including other emotions. This can be a powerful way to deal with underlying thoughts and feelings that you may not realize you have or have gone unnoticed (either intentionally or unintentionally).

The main focus of this class will be to laugh. And observe and become aware of your body while laughing.
