Folsom Ride from Coffee Republic

We plan on riding in the area around Folsom Lake. We will meet up afterwards at Coffee Republic for optional breakfast. Helmets and a thorough understanding of bicycle safety are required. Membership in GERC (http://elliptigoclub.org) is strongly encouraged, but not required. Our experience has shown that ElliptiGO training is extremely fun and rewarding, but even more so when we ride together.
