This is a group interested in learning about how to play better golf through Wellness. Wellness includes enhancing the mind and the body. This group will focus on learning how the mind controls the body . Learn how to simply Changing your Belief systems. You can become a better golfer , have more fun and reduce the risk of injury by training your body specifically for golf. The fitness phase is to learn how to train your body for better performance on the golf course. We will train on mental and physical aspects of golf. "Your thoughts control your golf game". Change your Brain and your body to enhance your game . If you are gong to train then why not train specifically for golf. Learn basic fitness exercises to enhance your golf swing adn your body will love you fo it :)
