What we're about

Good Elephant is a community of students, teachers, leaders, healers, local businesses, spaces and studios who believe in making yoga and meditation classes affordable and accessible for everyone. We connect certified teachers, leaders, and healers with creative local spaces to provide ongoing classes and gatherings in Northern Nevada and beyond. Our mission is to share the transformational power of mindfulness with our communities, so students can choose their price for every class we offer.

Yoga for Lunch

The Atrium

Hatha Flow has an emphasis on connecting breath with movement. The moderate pace is suitable for both beginner students and those looking to get back to basics. This is a relaxing class that will leave you feeling peaceful and grounded. Pay what you can and bring your own mat. You will love having yoga for lunch!

Steady Flow

Together Midtown

Join Rachel for a hour long slow flowing hatha class. This class will focus on weaving together movement with breath. Sequences will be created to offer you the time and space to get into your body, wind down from your day, wring out what no longer serves, and revitalize the parts of you that need it. Because this is an evening class the flow will be mellow and cultivate steadiness and ease in the body. This class is open to everyone and will be best enjoyed by those coming to Yoga to reconnect with themselves, restore their hearts and minds, recharge, and access the flow. If you are new to Yoga you are welcome and be met with support and permission. If you are an advanced practitioner you are welcome to have the space to do your thing and be supported in that. Please bring your own mat and pay what you can, no amount is too big or too small.
