Good Elephant is a community of students, teachers, leaders, healers, local businesses, spaces and studios who believe in making yoga and meditation classes affordable and accessible for everyone. We connect certified teachers, leaders, and healers with creative local spaces to provide ongoing classes and gatherings in Northern Nevada and beyond. Our mission is to share the transformational power of mindfulness with our communities, so students can choose their price for every class we offer.

Vinyasa Flow Every Monday @ 6-7pm with Steve Tiller at Groundswell Art Vinyasa Flow- This is a vigorous, flow-based yoga practice. Each class differs from the last to help you find your edge and grow beyond. You will sweat. You will be challenged. Vinyasa is moving meditation, linking breath with movement, with an interplay of motion and stillness. Strength, flexibility, balance and cardio come into harmony. This is all levels of experience can practice together. You are encouraged to take care of yourself. You know your body best, take rest when needed. Steady Flow

Together Midtown

Steady Flow Yoga Every 2nd & 4th Tuesday • 7:30pm-8:30pm At Together Midtown With Rachel Tuck Join Rachel for a hour long slow flowing hatha class. This class will focus on weaving together movement with breath. Sequences will be created to offer you the time and space to get into your body, wind down from your day, wring out what no longer serves, and revitalize the parts of you that need it. Because this is an evening class the flow will be mellow and cultivate steadiness and ease in the body. This class is open to everyone and will be best enjoyed by those coming to Yoga to reconnect with themselves, restore their hearts and minds, recharge, and access the flow. If you are new to Yoga you are welcome and be met with support and permission. If you are an advanced practitioner you are welcome to have the space to do your thing and be supported in that.
