Sorry must cancel. No one signed up and although I have no problem traveling alone, I just happened to have a funeral to attend Sat morning (no control over that) but since no one is joining I don't feel bad about canceling. Look forward to rescheduling. Come join me in beautiful Portland, OR for $160 rt. Are you up for a great experience in an awesome environment? I have the perfect place. Portland is known for its healthy organic, green restaurants and food trucks. Let's go explore some yummy culinary adventures while enjoying an aerial view of Mt Hood & Mt St. Helen from afar aboard the Portland Aerial Tram. About the trip - First I must add that this is ideal for backpackers or those who are open minded who understand the the amenities Hostels offer. Travelers House (http://www.travelershouse.org/) is an amazing hostel near the fun and funky Alberta Arts, Williams, and Mississippi Districts which is only a 10-min bus ride away from downtown Portland. They offer a unique hostel experience in a renovated house featuring private and dorm rooms all with immaculate shared facilities. Not to boast, but they are currently the top rated hostel in Portland. Although they like to have fun they are NOT a party hostel. Visit the website and explore. If a hostel is not your style but you still want to join us there are a few Airbnb & hotels a block or two away. But in the city that likes to “keep it weird,” sometimes an offbeat is just right. Luckily, travelers can take their pick of creative and comfy options, from gorgeous garden cabins to historic rock ‘n’ roll hotels, hostels are not a new thing to Portland. Check these alternative housing options out https://www.travelportland.com/article/alternative-lodging-portland/ Also, check out https://www.travelportland.com/collection/mississippiwilliams/ to explore the area rich in live music, restaurants, food trucks etc. Well, I look forward to a travel adventure with you. BTW the $160 ticket info is at https://www.spirit.com/DPPCalendarMarket.aspx I am a Barefare member and can get the tickets cheap. If you choose to use my Barefare membership please be able to pay via Paypal or Bank of America or Chase via email. Also, if you need to leave Sunday it is the same price. Well, let's do this. I look forward to traveling soon.
