What we're about

The aim of this meetup is to create a community that is interested in a continual qigong practice. Through a regular practice consisting of stretching, breathing, and meditation (sitting, standing, and moving) we can cultivate strong, lean and flexible muscles, calm minds, and help ensure we stay pain-free and peaceful as we age.

I'm new to Sweden and to teaching qigong, so I'm looking to build a community whose aim is to grow and help each other while teaching those for whom this practice fits.
