This Meetup is for people that want to discover the power of habits and the effects habits have on people’s lives. We become what we repeatedly do. Everyone has a choice on what habits they form. Some habits will make you happy in the moment and others will make you happy in the long run. No matter what the habits are, each one will slowly change us over time. If you want to make a change in your life, the only way to do that is to change your habits. But changing your habits can be hard to do. That’s why I am forming this group. The purpose is to discuss what the best habits are to have, and the best way to develop them.
