This is the inaugural meetup and the 'soft launch' of the Graph of Transactions.

The Graph of Transactions is an architectural alternative to the World Wide Web of Information Resources. In place of the request/response model of the http verbs, the Graph of Transactions is built around the execution of discrete, tightly-factored and side-effect-free transactions. These transactions are both data-driven and data-constrained: each transaction consumes particular, precisely-specified data records, performs a well-understood data transformation, and depending on the results of that transformation, selects from a constrained set of well-understood outputs to construct an appropriate destination node or else emits a well-understood error.

The Graph of Transactions is built on fundamental technologies implementing:

-- Self-Sovereign Identity

-- Principal Transaction Capacity and the Resulting Transactional Privity

-- Syntactically-Validatable and Provably-Correct Smart Contracts

-- Auditable, Secure and Provably-Correct 'Serverless' Functions-as-a-Service

-- Directed Acyclic Graph Construction and Graph Querying

-- Peer-to-Peer Distributed Ledger as a Database

-- Activity-Feedback-Sensitive Cryptotoken-Centric Economic Community

This is a 'soft' launch, intended to elicit peer review from the interested community of the architectural, design and implementation choices exhibited in the Graph of Transactions.

Please join us at Rise NY on September 13th for a free-ranging discussion of any and all of the topics.
