  • Meetup #1 - Why use GraphQL?

    Autodesk Israel

First things first, Let's get to know each other and raise the most important reasons to use GraphQL. The plan for this meetup group is to start on the general topics of graphQL and after that is established, go into use cases, improvements, current integrations, and whatever topic the community will be excited about. Also I am thinking on organizing repeating workshops that will happen approximately every 2 weeks. In those workshops we could build joined projects, work on best practices and raise day to day issues. --- NOTE: This meetup group is looking for speakers for following events. Contact me at [masked] to suggest talks or locations for next events. Agenda: - 18:00 - 18:30 - Greet and meet - 18:30 - 19:00 - GraphQL Basics - Hagai Cohen, Apollo stack contributor - 19:00 - 19:15 - Break - 19:15 - 19:45 - GraphQL, Taking Client-Server Interactions to the next level - Itay Cohen, Web Tech Lead at MyHeritage - 19:45 - 20:00 - Time for remarks and suggestions from the guests!
