Tuesday Happy Hour & Dinner at Jane G's Chinese Restaurant!
Join us for our TUESDAY HAPPY HOUR & DINNER at Jane G's Restaurant. Jane G's, at 1930 Chestnut Street, is one of Philly's best Szechuan Chinese restaurants -- spicy delicious food in an upscale setting. We'll meet at the bar at 5pm and then those of us interested in dinner will be seated at about 6pm. -- GOOD WEATHER ALERT! -- Jane G's also has terrific outdoor seating. Springtime is perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Weather permitting, we may move to the outdoor tables for food & drinks. Who Wouldn't Enjoy a Drink with Friends After Work on a Tuesday? If you haven't been to any of our TUESDAY HAPPY HOUR CLUB events, essentially it is members of several friendly & social MeetUp groups getting together at a different Center City area bar or restaurant for a big Happy Hour event every Tuesday. Its that simple and its lots of fun. This is a FREE event to attend, but everyone is responsible for paying for their own food & drinks. We do not put a cap on the number of attendees, and you are welcome to bring additional friends. Meet, Talk, Network! What we're about

PCoGD will inform members on news within the graphic design community. We hope to give tips and information on tools, advancing your design, freelancing, legal aid services, conferences, awards, contest, grant information, networking, news on employment opportunities, and we hope to learn some new and exciting information from our members. All this when we all get the chance to "Meet-up!"

PCoGD was formerly known as The Philadelphia Graphic Designers Meet-up. We decided to claim ourselves as a Chapter of Designers. When defined by, the word "Chapter" is a branch, usually restricted to a given locality, of a society, organization, fraternity, etc.: the Connecticut chapter of the American Red Cross; or an important portion or division of anything: The atomic bomb opened a new chapter in history.

I believe we, as designers and artist are a society as well an important portion or division of anything. It's about time to allow our surrounding affiliates to be aware of the importance of Graphic Designers! Join us in our efforts!
