LADIES & GENTLEMEN! Come join our Fitness Group and get in peak physical shape and conditioning for not only the Spring and Summer, but for a LIFETIME! In this group we welcome all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. The Greater Raleigh Fitness/Strength & Conditioning group not only promotes health & wellness, BUT we promote POSITIVITY! We are big on motivating and encouraging each other as we reach our fitness goals. We train outdoors at various parks using a Circuit Strength/Conditioning Bootcamp training style along with bodyweight/calisthenics inspired drills. Which is absolutely fun as well as challenging! Our group utilizes old fashioned equipment includes: Push Sleds, kettlebells, dumbells, EZ curl bars, yoga mats, and more! Sessions last 60 minutes and include stretching/mobility work and the Circuit Bootcamp based training. All exercises can be modified to match your level of comfort. MAKE YOUR DREAM BODY A REALITY!
